Every course includes a free preview lesson so you can judge the teaching before you buy. Because full access to digital content is given immediately after payment, course purchases are generally non-refundable.
If you face a technical problem that we cannot fix within 7 days of purchase, or you were charged twice, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the amount in full.
Live webinars
- Cancel up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
- If we cancel or reschedule a webinar and the new time doesn’t suit you, we refund you in full.
- No refunds are given for missed webinars or cancellations within 24 hours of the start time.
Pandit contact details
The fee to see a pandit’s phone number and address is not refundable once the details are shown, because they are delivered immediately. If a listed number is wrong or no longer works, tell us within 7 days and we will give you another pandit’s contact or refund the fee.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Write to [email protected] or call +91 79788 06936 with your registered mobile number and payment ID.
